Da Vinci Z Axis Linear Rod Pillow Block Upgrade

Da Vinci Z Axis Linear Rod Pillow Block Upgrade

First part I have posted of my own Design. This upgrade made a huge difference on my Da Vinci 1.0 print bed removing much of the slop. Even if you don't believe there is much or any you will likely see a difference post upgrade. White version mounted in pictures is a V1 and only works on lower two mounts vs V4 design printed in red which is designed for upper and lower(only tested lower myself). This part will no longer be updated as I have sent the printer back. I quickly learned the inconsistency of plastic printers isn't going to fly with my OCD and plan to purchase an all metal MakeGear M2 or similar. Instructions I printed this with the Repetier firmware using slic3r so your results may vary but I suggest 100% infill for strength and 0.2-0.3 layer height. Screw/bolt holes will likely need to be cleaned but I've included the 123D file so anyone can mod/remix this as needed. The screw I used for the clamp is from a Raptor 50 helicopter plastic frame and measures 2.87mm diameter and 18mm long.
