I constructed my own interpretation of an original Shawcraft TV Dalek using various measurements discovered online, with every other component entirely designed from scratch. The amusing part is that I wasn't even aware what a Dalek actually was before embarking on this project. My neighbor has announced plans to assemble a full-sized model of this sci-fi icon and it's his enthusiasm that first sparked my interest in creating a 3D SolidWorks version of the legendary creature. Feel free to share your expertise - I'm guessing you know far more about this fictional being than I do!
