This is my custom delta printer. I tried to make a mix between Rostock and Delta-PI to keep it relatively cheap, easy to source, silent but still a good print quality. The printer isn't finished yet, so the exact number of components may change. The picture is a Quick&Dirty prototype. Instructions BOM Hardware : 28xM3 30mm screws. 14xM3 20mm screws. 40xM3 washers. 42xM3 nuts. 12xM6 40mm hexagonal head screws. 3xM6 20mm hexagonal head screws. 30xM6 washers. 15xM6 nuts. 6x500mm 8mm smooth-rod. 10mm MDF. 6x180mm of 4mm diameter rod (I use aluminum rod). BOM Bearings, belts and pulleys : 6xLM8UU linear bearing (optional) 3x18 tooth MXL pulley. 3x626 bearings. 3x1560mm MXL 2.032 mm pitch belt. (same as Rostock) BOM Electronics : 3xNEMA 17. A controller (I use my Smoothieboard)
