this model is an inspiration and a thought for saving water. this tap has a speed controller as the area through which the water enters decides the volume of water that is coming out. so the controller has 3 different areas which allows 3 different kinds of volume rates for water the positions:- 0 - is off 1 - is least 2 - is medium 3 - is highest so people can choose what rate they want and can turn the nob to that position.
