Mounts a 120mm case fan externally using the existing 92mm slots. You'll have to move the power extension to the lower position. Includes an optional blanking plate with a small cutout to route the fan cables. 92mm mounting holes are sized for M4 heat set inserts, while the 120mm hole uses regular case fan screws. Using the adapter will block off access to one of the side AIO bracket screws. Standard M3 screws for the blanking plate.
