I can't see any reason for this in the model file. Oh well. Simple enough to cut out afterwards. Or it you could use a sharpie and draw in nose, mouth, eyes and ears. How I Designed This Started with svg file Imported to Sketchup Cut out and pulled up to make a 3d model Mesh repaired and Printed in Simplify 3d
