This is my artistic re-creation based on the artwork from the anime. The sword is cut into pieces for printing on small build platforms. Assembled the sword is approximately 120cm or 48in long. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .3 Infill: 20% Notes: If you have a smaller build platform, print out the Guard Top (Center, 1 and 2) and Guard Bottom (Center, 1 and 2). Only very large build platforms will be able to print the single piece Guard top and bottom. Print one of all sword pieces. Print 7 40mm alignment pins, 4 20mm alignment pins, and 1 90mm alignment pin. the 90mm pin is to join the join the guard top, bottom, and grip together. This provides added strength. The 20mm pins are for the outer points and center of the guard. the 40mm pins are to connect the blade pieces and the pommel. I would recommend, if you print vertically, that you set the perimeter thickness to at least 2mm.
