I originally modeled these for myself after months of searching forums for the rough/exact dimensions. No one has a copy of the originals, so everything is basically guess work. However, I tracked down the green lights that were used on the originals, and built upon those measurements. I'd recommend using PETG for the boxes because you'll want them to be fairly strong and able to be sanded. For the lights, I used clear PLA with a 5% infill and printed with "Very Detailed" settings. Use a transparent paint (I used Model Masters Clear Green) for the rectangular lights. The red lights are fairly opaque on the original suit, so I don't have a good suggestion for this. The boxes are modeled to fit a 2" through them and I have include holes on each side so that tops can be screwed in place like the real version.
