A Darth Vader cookie cutter. It is based on a svg from http://katydidcreativity.blogspot.com/2009/10/darth-vader-cards-awesome-clone-trooper.html and the great cookie cutter script by mrbenbritton. Instructions Print it and use it with about 5mm thick cookie dough. The 'simple' version has less lines and is much easier to use.
