Darth Vader DC Sculpture Bust - Sub 100k Poly I aimed to create a model that's easy to print and printer-friendly, so I eliminated critical layers (checked on the Retina Software) and kept it below 100k polygons. It was a challenge, but I made numerous corrections while constantly keeping in mind the importance of printability, vital details, and pose. This bust is designed to be printed upright for FDM printers with minimal support necessary. The files are around 5mb, weighing about 3mb without the cape. I put a lot of effort into heavily sculpting this companion piece to resemble Yoda closely. Unfortunately, due to school and financial constraints, I won't have time to finish sculpting Obi-Wan and Anakin as initially planned for the contest. There are two versions available: one with a cape and another without it, allowing you to save material for calibrating detail or checking print settings. I hope you enjoy this creation!
