I 3D scanned my Datsun Cylinder Head ( V912 ) then used Solidworks to design an exhaust flange. I 3D printed it first to verify dimensions then I had gave a machinist the file and he CNC'd it. Would not recommend running the plastic 3D printed part, probably wouldn't hold up to the temperatures. Please note, I can not guarantee my cylinder head's dimensions will be the same as yours, I'm unsure if it has been ported.
