Waterproofing gasket for the DAVEGAX by janpom over at the esk8 forums. I printed it in blue Ninjaflex TPU which is soft enough to function as a gasket. I cut a small slit in the gasket with an exacto knife so the cable can pass through. You will need to create a hole in your trampa deck for the cable to pass through if you choose the same setup as me (see image for example). The buttons and screen are waterproofed already when you get the module from Jan so no need to worry about those too much. Make sure you tighten the screws down to make a good seal. By choosing a colour that matches your board it will create a nice custom look to the davega in combination with your build. I also uploaded a picture of how I waterproofed and protected the cable coming from the enclosure. (2 layers of strong double sided tape covered with electrical tape). TIPS FOR PRINTING TPU - Disable retraction - increase extrusion multiplier to approximately 1.2 - print slowly ( e.g. 20 mm/s) - Printing temperature 230-235
