David Clark Headset Volume Knob

David Clark Headset Volume Knob

The volume knob mysteriously disappeared off of my DC headset. DC said they'd send me a replacement in the mail, but I have a Young Eagles event this weekend and needed a quick replacement. I designed one very quickly that appears to work extremely well. Note there's a threaded hole for an M4 set screw. This may or may not be necessary as the knob is pretty snug on there without the screw (but likely won't stay on for very long without it). If you do need to print the M4 threads, they're fairly fine so I wouldn't use more than a 0.1mm layer height. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DS85LTT
