We love tea. My wife bought a great thermos from David's tea, which is great. Except the button broke and rendered the thermos impractical.

So I whipped up a simple replacement in OpenScad. It has the same functionality and works with the lock, preventing accidental openings, in e.g. a bag.

Printed at .2 layer height. Brief testing revealed that layer separation is not an issue, and default orientation looks good.
If it breaks because of layer separation, you can print it on the long side with supports, so it will be of great strength.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2

Infill:

20%

Filament:
TIANSE PLA 3D Printer Filament PLA Wood

Notes:

Print on long side if you have problems with layer separation

Category: Kitchen & Dining
