DaVinci 1.0 extruder fan

This is a redo of technutty's snap-on 40mm Fan Duct mount. I kept having trouble with the original breaking off the snap-off arms, so I revamped the piece entirely. Print Settings Rafts: No No rafts needed to be added. Rafts are a separate layer printed onto the object to provide an anchor point when removing the item from the print bed after completion. In this instance it's not necessary as we will remove and reposition with clamps once separated. Supports: Yes Supports add internal structures that aid in part creation for complex objects, these are made optional due to varying design needs however this mount does call for it due to height variations at base area. Resolution: .2mm Resolution settings allow precise detail outputting as set forth on Cura's manual for specific material recommendations which should be viewed during actual print settings adjustment for ideal prints. The user should always view and compare with a manufacturer specified print setting sheet when in use. Infill: 50% Infill sets the interior filling ratio used within prints that do not contain removable walls or support members to add extra structural strength where the design needs them. Using infill levels of lower density can improve mechanical stress as needed but generally requires testing the item post production before declaring success. Notes: I am using Simplify 3D so i chose 'on' and selected no top layers due to excessive time waste during printing by allowing a clear finish instead of applying any protective coat later in manual post-production processing after print completion.
