Da Vinci E3D v6 Carriage. In this latest version, I've incorporated dual 30mm fans for enhanced cooling performance. The lateral fan is strategically positioned to cool down the printed area through an inner tunnel, while the rear/front fan is dedicated to cooling the E3D hot sink. The belt slot now features three holes for effortless oppressor insertion and secure tightening in place. To optimize performance, I've opted for a 30mm, 5-volt fan for the hot sink, matching the voltage of the original 40mm fan. In contrast, a 12-volt fan is used for the printed area, as I've added a dedicated 12-volt line directly from the electronic board. To ensure smooth carriage movement, four LM8UU bearings are employed to mount the carriage on the existing rods. To complete the assembly, you'll need to print the end stop bracket and securely attach it in its designated position.
