Davis and Sanford quick release plate. Has 0.79mm (roughly 1/32nd of an inch) indentations on the top to allow for adding 1/16 inch rubber (or similar) pads to help prevent camera twisting, leaving approx 1/32nd of an inch sitting above the surface. The screw insert hole is designed at 10.5mm so you can purchase a plug accordingly. Underside has the release catches to prevent the plate from sliding out unexpectedly. There is no hole for a reference pin. Both 1/4 - 20 and 3/8-16 mounting screws will fit this plate (as shown) Print settings below gave decent strength in PLA, supports the weight of the tripod hanging from below the camera attached with a single mounting screw. Regardless of material printed in, be aware that you do not over tighten the lock knob when mounting the plate to the head, this is still plastic and can crack. While I have tested with the below settings supporting approx 10 kg (approx 22 lbs) at an angle, again THIS IS STILL A PRINTED PART, and can fail with out warning do to various circumstances, use common sense. No supports were needed for the indentations on my printer.
