The box that contains the circuit card in my Davis Vantage Pro Weather Station has become very brittle since it was installed in 2004. I've replaced the radiation shields several years ago, but the box was not available, or at least I couldn't locate one at the time. . Here is a very early version of a redesign of that box. It consists of the box, which mounts on the bottom radiation shield. The top for the box is in two pieces, to simplify the printing and design. Things that are missing at the moment include a means of securing the top to the bottom of the box. Also, there are no mounting provisions for attaching the card to the box and the box to the radiation shield. Also, there is the transmitting antenna that must pass through the side of the box.
