A tray for sorting your fine herbs. Perfect for sorting broccoli, with a small area to hold broccoli stems, a wide area to make broccoli rollups in, and in the case of making multiple broccoli rollups, an additional area up top to stack them. works great for me, and keeps a lot of those pesky broccoli crumbs off of my desk and on the tray. Perfect for all herb lovers.
