Printed all parts on roughly 150% scale. If I reattempt it, I will only scale in X and Z. Best success with the following scales (for gear tolerance): - Carrier 150% - Planets 150% - Ring 153% - Sun small bore 147% - Case plate 153% - Remember to add washers to every shaft Notes after printing and assembling: - All gears meshed properly. Gearbox works fine if turned manually. A higher-torque motor would probably do alright. - Friction was too high to be used with the (very weak) motor I had designed it for. - Main source of friction was planets rubbing against the sidewalls of the Case Plate and the Ring gear.
