I designed and built a protective bracket for my DDJ-WeGO3 controller, crafting it from sturdy acrylic sheet that is carefully cushioned with soft foam padding and anchored firmly by a steel plate and tube. To create this custom bracket, I leveraged advanced machinery, including a precise lasercutter to slice through the materials with ease, along with an arsenal of tools: a heatgun for bending delicate parts, robust clamps for securing components in place, reliable glue for holding pieces together, a high-powered grinder to shape and trim metal, a versatile drill to create precise holes, and finally, a potent welding torch and efficient rivetgun to fuse metal parts into a strong yet sleek unit.
