DDP_cnc_router_concept_IMPROVED_version_2.0_2018 **Updated with .IGES and .IGS files**

As the model name allready shows, this is the more improved version of my cnc router which i published in the autumn of 2017. The 2.0 version is a lot bigger. Has a different type of motors. The 1.0 version uses Nema 34 stepper motors. I love stepper motors and i did a lot of small projects with this type of motor. but there are some disadvantages.When to much resistant occurs on the axis a stepper will loose steps. If a stepper gets a stepper signal that's slidely higher than his max he loose steps.That and a lot more reasons lead me to a complete different solution. I choose to use the ClearPath servo motor from Teknic. I posted the motors, which i'm gonna use, here on Grabcad allready. These motors are in my opinion the perfect alternative to the stepper motor.The cnc router version 2.0 has a additional advanced Safety system from SICK to protect the machine and the people who work with it. The Laser curtains, Safety sensors and special Safety modules from SICK work seamless together for a maximum safety.For all process (proximity) sensors i switched from IFM to SICK because of theire wide experience and high quality standard.The improved version 2.0 is still on the drawing table and i'm working on further details of this project.In the nearby future i will share the Full HD 3D concept of the controller which controls all the functionality of the cnc router version 2.0
