I'm printing my second chess set, a big project that'll take around 35 hours to complete and uses about half a kilogram of plastic. The print itself goes smoothly, except for the Knights, which need supports to hold them up. Once it's done, there's still some work to do assembling everything together. I found out that some parts needed a bit of filing to fit perfectly, so be careful not to force anything, especially with the pawns - they're quite delicate. Print Settings: Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: I recommend using 3 to 4 passes (1.2-1.6mm) for the perimeter on the base and risers
