This is a deadlift ramp / wedge to assist in loading the bar one side at a time. Just roll the weight on, and load your plates. Then move the ramp to the other side and load em up. Works great and has saved me a lot of frustration when loading heavier bars. Made for standard Olympic 45lb plates that are 450mm (18in) in diameter. Comes with a motivation message on the side.
