Remade for use with 5V LED Strip for a more even illumination. I used a 510Ohm resistor in front of the LED strip and a additional 470Ohm resistor to go from the Strip to the 5mm LED (so this LED has 2 resistors in series). Your mileage will vary! The magnet is a 8x3mm one, the counterpart is a simple M4 cylinder screw with nut Holds with no problem. I use a 300mAh LiPo pouch cell with a tp4056 USB C charging circuit (@180mA) and it could hold much more weight than just that. Print with 3 or 4 walls so the light doesn't shine through like it does on mine The extension can be printed without supports, you just have to break through one layer of filament with the screw. This part just gets suzperglued onto the other part once the nut is inserted. I added two tiny switches to my electronics - one to switch on and off, one to bypass the 510Ohm resistor, so 4.2V directly to the LED strip which lights it up nicely without being too bright, but good for non-dark rooms
