So the only credit I deserve for this is just smoothing out the original model, just throwing that out there first :) I've been meaning to print out the Deathclaw, especially after watching the Makers Muse youtube videos on how he made his. Then I came across Normal 42'a upload, and really liked it, but I prefer a more sculpted/organic look, so I put it into Blender and subdivided it 3 times and made a few of the edges "hard edges" to make a few of his lines pop a little more. I wanted to do more but decided to stop after tweaking on him for about an hour.I used Maker Muse's meshmixer tutorial to slice up the Deathclaw. I'm sure there are better angles to slice him up into, so I uploaded the unsliced version too so others can slice him up in any other way they might want too. For Blender3D users I also uploaded the Blend file incase you want to see which edges I played with. Here's the Makers Muse Videos I mentioned: part 1 - https://goo.gl/2bCgZp part 2 - https://goo.gl/7PDZnl The white prints are printed on a Hyvision Cubicon then Acetone finished in a Presto Cooker. The grey on a replicator 2 (modded for ABS) Both printed full size at 0.15mm
