Deburring tool cover

Cover for my new deburring tool from Shaviv. The slot should clamp around the handtool's "neck", so that it's not falling off. *(If you have trouble getting that, you can also use a rubber band around the cover to keep it in place, of course - maybe easier)*. I've added the step file again, to enable you to modify the model where needed.
