This is the handle for PCB modules for Digital Equipment QBUS. It could be attached to the module by two 3mm x 8mm countersunk head screws. The attached handle model has empty (clear) text zone. Handle on photos marked "AZ" for example. The self-made handle is the orange one on the photos, the original one is red.
