<p>Decals - water based application set. Easy way to wet and apply decals for models. Designed my own version as I wasn't happy with store brought options. This comes in two parts .the BOTTOM is were you put a small amount of water and the top is where you sit the decals to wet before applying to your models. Once they are ready to apply, simply lift the TOP section out of the water and sit it on the bottom humps to drain the water away from the Decal.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
