Decision Wheel

Decision Wheel

We wanted a decision wheel for our podcast but none of the models I could find worked well or were what we wanted so I made this one. There's two wheels in the design, one that's blank and one that's partitioned into 6 choices. This uses a standard skateboard bearing, I believe they are a 608 bearing to get a good spin going. This is my first upload so I hope it works well for anyone who uses it. Excuse the pictures, I flicked silver paint on it while painting the lines. assembly is pretty self-explanatory, insert the upright into base, the wider side goes to the front of the upright, bearing fits snugly onto the upright, I used a dab of glue to secure the wheel to the bearing because I left a little tolerance for printing, maybe a little too much, a dot of glue on the tip of the cap to secure it and lastly a dot of glue to secure the pointer arm after the wheel is in place. The font I chose didn't print well as some sides were too thin so if you print a font I'd choose a thicker one.
