Defcon 29 badges have programmable keys. This makes a great little macro deck so I went ahead and designed a case for it. The case is snap fit. The filament I used (Prusament Galaxy Black) has a very low tolerance. If you are using a filament with more shrinkage you might need to scale to account for it. I did incorporate some slight tolerances. I did have to cut the top and bottom half into 2 within Prusa slicer. I separated them in Fusion so it was very easy. Flip the top half to print flat side down. Prusa Mini+ .2 20% infill though 15% should be more than adequate I did have an issue with the 2mm skirt so I upped that to 8 which worked great
