DELL 1950 Server Non-latching Drive Caddy

thingiverse

A non-latching drive caddy for Dell 1950 server. I have many more drives than caddies, and didn't want to buy caddies, so I drew it up and it works perfectly. I could add a couple tabs to pull them out, but simply a screwdriver diagonally in a hole works fine. I can add a latch and/or pull tabs if there is demand for it, but kind of a niche thing. Photo depicts an earlier version with 5 vs 6 smaller ventilation holes, revised as the walls were pretty thin and didn't print well. Critical dimensions are unchanged. How I Designed This Rhino3d, used dell caddies, and industry specs SFF-8223 and SFF-8201 as reference.
