Remixed to fit the Dell S2421HSX without blocking the cables. Probably fits similar S2421 series monitors too. This uses the lower two screws of the VESA 100 mount, meaning you can't use the monitor's original stand - you need a VESA stand. You'll also need longer screws than is supplied with the monitor. I recommend printing at 100% infill to prevent flexing. It's a bit of a complex one to print - I recommend printing it with the VESA section vertically with support enforcers - have attached a picture of how I sliced this with PrusaSlicer.
