Dell PERC H200 HBA cards are often repurposed to home built NAS computers. Due to the nature of a home PC case, these cards receive quite a bit less air flow in comparison to their common use in enterprise rack servers and tend to run very hot.

Designs
Both designs utilize a Noctua A4x20 fan and have their own inherent advantages. Despite this, both designs will reduce card temps over no fan.

The short design provides better cooling with the fan closer to the heat sync and is the quieter of the two designs, but in most cases, will not allow the adjacent PCIE slot to be filled.

The long version of the design will accommodate cards in the adjacent PCIE slot as long as they are not too long. However, this design does not flow as much air due to its length.

Recommended Settings

Material: ABS Preferred

Layer Height: 0.15mm

Perimeters: 4

Supports: Yes/Everywhere

Brim: 5mm

*There is an included retaining clip to push over the back of the stem that goes through the H200 through hole; the thickness may not be correct; I'll work a new one when I have time.
