Dell Pro Stereo Soundbar AE515M Monitor Mount 2-Piece

My great thanks to @mbartels for taking the initiative to create this print. I have 4x Dell monitors and the Dell AE515M soundbar doesn't work on any of them. I love the cutout for the Dell serial number label, very smart! This is my first 3D edit project and I used Meshmixer exclusively. I used the original .stl file published by @mbartels and the plan was to split it into 2 pieces to fit my 150mmx150mm bed but ran into texture issues trying to create 2x simple pins wherein the model was severely distorted whenever the sockets, or simple square dowels, were created. I watched a few Meshmixer videos then decided to simply convert the original model to solid and re-textured it in high resolution. I then simplified the 2-pin plan to a larger single blade pin which didn't require any supports and eased assembly. The speaker mount slotted holes should have supports when slicing. I didn't use any supports on the speaker slot mount for the right side print (I forgot) but I did use supports on the left side using the Voxel slicer software, reducing them to be as small as possible. You can see the difference this made in the pics. The fit is solid on both anyhow. It fit perfectly mounted to my Dell S2719DGF monitor using 3M VHB tape. The power cord is high enough and to the right enough for it to fit. I also test fit on my other 3x Dell monitors with varied results: - U2719D - Right side mount is a little thick and just barely wriggles between the power cord and the rear of the monitor. I recommend reducing the thickness for the mounting tab on this monitor model to accommodate the cord. - U2719DC - Right side mount is too thick to fit between the power cord and the rear of the monitor. I recommend reducing the thickness for the mounting tab on this monitor model to accommodate the cord. - U2718Q - Right side mount is too thick to fit between the power cord and the rear of the monitor. I recommend reducing the thickness for the mounting tab on this monitor model to accommodate the cord.
