In my office, people like to break things. One of those things is the Dell TB16 Dock plug cover. The model is super simple but it's a snug fit. I sand the corners just to make it less uncomfortable in-hand, and glue the cap together. I have yet to stress test it, but so far it seems like a solid fit. I printed with 100% infill at .2mm, with the model standing upright (the angled in bits touching the build plate) with no supports.
