<p>Print BOM:</p><p>1x House Side (Rivet or M4 Nut</p><p>1x Exterior Vent Cover</p><p>2x Clamp</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hardware BOM:</p><p>6x Wood screws (~20mm in length)</p><p>2x M4 flat head screws</p><p>2x M4 Rivet nuts or Hex Nuts</p><p>Wood as needed to fit your application</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I designed this as a pass through for the exhaust vent of my DeLonghi portable air conditioner. &nbsp;I used the “House Side_Rivet” version in my application, which uses 2x M4 rivet nuts inserted from the back using a soldering iron. &nbsp;I know not everybody has those handy (you should, they're awesome and super handy), so I added a version with M4 nuts on the back ("House Side_M4 Nut"). &nbsp;I've never used this version, but I suspect it should work just fine. &nbsp;If not, report back and I'll adjust as necessary. &nbsp;You'll need supports for those nut pockets. &nbsp; Everything else prints without support.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>For the exterior vent I used a height range modifier from 0-3.0mm and set that range to have 0 bottom layers and 0 top layers. &nbsp;This allows you to use your infill pattern and desired density for the grate that will be visible on the exterior. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As shown, everything is screwed into a 1x4 piece of painted pine using wood screws.&nbsp;</p>
