Blade Guard replacement for an older Delta Miter Saw. v1 it could be another 0.75 cm wide it does rub on the metal permanent guard. Also the pivoting hole needs to be another 1.0 cm away from the circumference of the overall blade guard, it was just slightly rubbing on the actual blade. I used supports placed on the piece. Ended up drilling appropriate holes x2.
