Delta Arm Dampeners - Kossel Mini & More

UPDATE: I have included different dampeners for different arm spacing requirements in other Delta setups, but nothing specific. The rod diameter hasn't been changed but please request for any specific rod diameters if they are needed. These are arm dampeners for the Kossel Mini that can be simply printed and snapped onto the arms to reduce the chatter. They provide a slight tension on the arms to reduce the free movement of the ball-joints that causes the chatter when printing. They are undersized by 3.4mm to provide the tension force. I designed these when I kept having to replace my elastic-band dampeners often and I wanted a dampener that didn't require any additional parts that couldn't be printed. I've printed mine in T-glase but I imagine they would work in other materials such as PLA. So far mine haven't stretched as they are not being stretched beyond their elastic-limit. I am not sure how they are effected by creep over time or the effects of heat from a heated bed. Simply print with 100% infill, can probably print with less than 100% infill. Their are two ear-rafts to aid in bed adhesion that are to be removed once printed. Print Settings Printer: Mini Kossel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100%
