Delta Control Panel Top Mount with SD card storage

Delta Control Panel Top Mount with SD card storage

Tired of always losing my SD cards I came up with this mount. The 5 SD card slots are angled back 7 degrees so the vibration of the printer won't have them falling out. I have a rather small 160mm bed so I did this in two pieces and they are combined using two small 1/8" dowels. I included the SKU file so you can easily combine the two Main Panel pieces if you have a larger capacity. I didn't put a reset button in the panel but did put an access hole to reset using a paper clip. I don't hardly ever use this feature so I didn't want to go to all the trouble of making a button I could accidentally hit and create a disaster. This is made to mount to the front face of the 20/20 rail on the top of a Delta printer. The brackets and enclosure don't go above the aluminum extrusion so if you have a spool mount or extruder sitting on top it will still fit up nicely. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Delta 160mm bed X 190 Z Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .35 Layers X .7mm wide Infill: 50% Notes: The support is a tough to get out of the small slots so I would make sure your distance to the side and top on supports is adequate. No one will see the base of the slot anyway.
