Delta cooler 1.2

Delta cooler 1.2

The time i bought my HE3D K280, RepRap style delta printer and manage to assamble it, I quickly figured-out that my print is lacking some major accessory. For my first bach of prints I was using PLA, so I found out that my setup lacks some sort of print cooling, but I could not manage to use those stock, 40mm fans. I decided to print my own fan duct. Thingiverse help me found one model of fan duct that seemed right for my printer, but after a while duct twisted a bit from the heat (cause of the direct contact with the heat sink via screws). This was the time to create my own duct, customized for HE3D K280 delta printer. This filament cooler consists of 3 parts: Fan duct, Holder and Needles set. Although I designed it for my printer, I'm preety much shore the model can be used for most of the delta printers, with(out) some minor adjustments of the model before the print. Maybe even there's no need to adjust anything before the print, for some small adjustments can be done afterwards. Suggestion: I suggest you to use ABS (or some other high-melt plastics for this print), small Nozzle diameter (like 0.2mm). Support should be turned on. I've used Slic3r Slicer program, but you can use anyone you're pleased. There are my settings for Slic3r available in the File section. Try it and please let me know if there's more space for improvements. Thanks
