Delta Effector for E3d V6 Lite with cooling Fans and Mini Differential IR sensor

This is a remix of a previous delta effector I had been using from the awesome work on Duet and auto-calibration that DC42 has done for delta printers. There are 2 versions of this design: 1.threaded inserts for using M3 machine screws(links below) 2.plastic screws for fasteners Features: Mount for Mini differential IR sensor for auto-calibration of delta printers Mount for 2x 40mm part cooling fans Mount for E3D Heatsink 40mm cooilng fan Brass threaded inserts so threads dont wear out and fasteners can be tightly fastened What you need to build this design: Various M3 SHCS or other type of machine screws for the threaded inserts or Plastic screws which can be found in inkjet printers and other hardware 3x 40mm cooling fans(I had good expirence with these 3d fans but not the 30mm ones)http://e3d-online.com/Electrical/Fans/40x40x10mm-12v-DC-Fan Threaded Inserts(if needed) can be found here:https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a331/=16flr9d (install with a soldering iron)(be careful not to burn yourself.) (recomended items) E3d v6 heatsink silicone sock(very very stable hotend temperature performace) note:should recalibrate the PID values in your heater control loop when installing the silicone heater sock.http://e3d-online.com/E3D-v6/Spares/V6-Sock-Kit-3-Pack Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 60% Notes: PLA or ABS use the correct amount of Infill overlap/backslash compensation to make sure to get a strong part out of your printer.
