Delta Effector with Autolevel and fan shrouds

UPDATE: Older Kossels have carriage rod spacing of 40mm, while the newer ones with this shroud have 42, I have added a version of the shroud with 40mm spacing to cover both older models and newer. UPDATE: Added an improved version of the shroud to include exhaust vents for the cooling fan. Design that comes with New kossel's do not have this feature UPDATE: After printing one out and double checking the measurements I noticed that for some reason I had the spacing for the rod mounts at 38mm which is incorrect, it has now been corrected to 42mm and the correct piece is available for download OK So I recently purchased an upgraded Kossel Mini from China, the ones with the new effector that have the fan shrouds built in and the autolevel ability via the hotend. Another neat feature about the effector was it gives you an additional 20mm print height on the kossel minis. Long Story short I spend an evening reverse engineering it and here is the result. In the thing files you should find all 4 components which you can use to print your own upgraded effector for your kossel mini. It will require extra hardware such as an endstop, spring, and some extra nuts and bolts. Once I have one printed out and assembled I will add pic's of it. Let me know how it works for you See my short video on the design in 123d Design on youtube at https://youtu.be/NKfxJEzcwII Print Settings Printer: Kossel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 45%
