Delta-P V2-R2 BEAR duct for e3D Volcano

<p>To upgrade from the original e3D V6 heatblock to the e3D Volcano heatblock, the original duct needed to be extended at about midway to accommodate the additional 9.5mm height of the e3D Volcano heatblock.</p><p>My v1.0 remix was extended by the same length as the Volcano's additional height of 9.5mm. This left the bottom surface just above the plane of the nozzle face, seemingly less than 1mm. This was too close for comfort in my opinion, so I edited that to lose 1.2mm for a new additional height of 8.3mm.
