Delta Printer Bed Mount (1x1")

This is a bed mount for a delta printer using 80/20 1010 (1") T-Slotted aluminum extrusions. It is designed for use with my vertices (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1386783) and horizontal beams of 400mm (15.75") in length. It assumes a bed diameter of 300mm. Beam mounting is sized for 80/20's button head socket screws and T-Nuts. The top plates mount with two M3 button head bolts (25mm long) and nuts with nylon inserts. The design assumes a bed thickness of about 13mm. In my design, this is: 1/8" aluminium base plate 4.5mm cork layer 1.5mm silicone heater another 1/8" aluminium plate finished with 3mm borosilicate glass Be sure to clean out the support layer found between the bolt and nut trap on the base mount. No additional supports are needed. The Sketchup file is included.
