Delta Printer Frame Vertices (1x1")

Delta Printer Frame Vertices (1x1")

thingiverse

These are frame components for a delta printer using 80/20 1010 (1") T-Slotted aluminum extrusions. The vertices are a derivative of mming1106's creation (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:208458). The vertices are sized for 1x1" beams (25.4mm). Access to the motor mounting bolts is provided through the face surface (requires a long Allen wrench). Beam mounting is sized for 80/20's button head socket screws and T-Nuts. There is cable access through the vertical beam mount (sized to ease cable routing). And the top belt pulley is affixed with a nut in the first bulkhead so that it can be tightened without binding the bearings. ( I used 3 washers to shore up the gaps.) To assemble, you will need: 9 horizontal and 3 vertical 80/20 1010 T-Slotted aluminum beams 45x 80/20 button head socket screws and T-Nuts 6x 10mm x 4mm x 4mm flanged bearings for the belt pulleys 3x M5 bolts (35 to 40mm long) and nuts with nylon inserts for tensioning the belts 3x M4 bolts (25mm long), nuts with nylon inserts, and multiple washers for the belt pulleys Sketchup files are included.
