Delta Rigid Heated Bed Mount

This is a rigid bed heated bed mount for us on my FolgerTech Kossel Rev B. The factory mounts were cut acrylic that had more play then I would like in them. I also went down the path of using springs to level the bed but didn't like the play in the bed. I decided to revisit my printer build and decided that a with a solid and accurate build I wouldn't need the springs to level the bed as long as it was very close to level and flat to begin with. I also started using an autolevel probe made from the extra endstop I received with my printer. The solid bed and auto leveling has made a huge improvement, quality and time to get a printer ready. The issue I had with springs under the bed was the fact that when removing a printer the bed would move around so much that I never could trust that it was always level. I would have to check before each print to make sure none of the springs had bound up. I designed this to fit my printer which has a 220mm heated bed with 6 mounting holes at 210mm in diameter and on 105mm centers. I design short standoffs on the mount to limit surface contact with the heated bed. I made this out of PLA for my initial testing and have had no issues. Have been printing ABS lately with bed temps at 110C for hours on end with no deformation in the mount.
