Printed fishing line, openbeam slider for delta star 3d printer. Printed in multiple parts to help in mounting and testing new functional plates for arm mounting and line tensioning. http://spellicer.blogspot.com/2014/06/delta-star-arm-carriages.html Instructions Two sets of Slider Mk4 are needed for the front, back, left, and right of the slider. 4 30mm M3 screws go through the slider pieces and the functional plates. Line is threaded under the rail guides and fed through the ratchet box. Ratchet MK1 has another 30mm M3 screw to act as the axle with two nuts to secure the wheel to the screw. Wind both ends of the fishing line around the ratchet and place the screw across the ratchet box holders. Turn with an allen wrench to tension the line. The pull of the line will keep the ratchet wheel in the box.
