deLtabot direct extruder

Archive model. Not recommended for repetition. The direct extruder for my deLtabot 3D printer (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:283568). For different applications use g_nema11_uni_mount.stl. Mounts directly on the effectors top. New model of it is also in stl-files. Fits for Nema11 stepper motor with planetary gearbox (gear ratio 1:14). (part # 11HS20-0674S-PG14 from StepperOnline). Shaft diameter is 6mm. Short-distance E3D hotend (my is V5, but V6 I think is better). Lever has a placement for a dust filter sponge. 12/07/2015 updated some .stl Post-Printing Requirements to assembly Extruder gear (feeder roller) bore ø6mm (my was ø5mm, just ream it up to 6mm); 1pcs V625ZZ ball bearing (V-grooved); 3pcs bolts M3x20mm (would be better if one of them would have a screw-thread just on 5-10mm, I use a tiny piece of sticky aluminium foil to cover a threaded section which supports the lever); 1pcs bolt M3x16mm (countersunk flat head); 1pcs M3 hex nut; 1pcs bolt M3x6mm (countersunk flat head); 12mm shaft ø5mm for ball bearing; Spring ø7.5 x 8.1-15mm. My from dryer clips (Ikea PRESSA series); Short PTFE tube ø4mm under the gear as a filament guide.
