Deluxe Coffee Filter Face Mask

(Sorry for my english ;) ) i made two printable Templates -for the Coffee filter cutout (or HEPA filter-Cutout - Warning!!! there can be fiberglass in HEPA-Filter, which can be harmful used as Face Mask!!!) -and for the fabric I used softshell fabric with waterresistant outside and soft fabric inside This is a very dense fabric, so you need some air holes. Behind this air holes you will hide your Coffeefilter filter mask. I use two layers of Coffeefilter. (don`t make the small holes also in the Coffeefilter. Only the hole in the middle for the printed "Part 1" inside, and the printed "Parts 2-6" on the outside of the Mask I don`t know how good or bad it works against bacteria or virus. But i think it looks better than a single Coffeefilter filter in your face.;) The Poresize of Paper Coffee-filter should be about 10µm which works nice against dust and pollination. use TPU for the membrane (in my picture - the pink printed part) (The membrane close the Mask, when you breath in. So the air should only come filtered by the Coffee filter. If you breath out, the Membrane opens and leave your used breath out. You should turn the Ventile in a direction with the closed side of "Part 6" to the front and the open side backwards. (Hope you understand, what i mean ;) ) Enjoy your face mask
